THE NEW MONTHLY MADNESS: KUNSTMANN WET HOP

We introduce a new Delirium of BrewMaster: The WET HOP, our second brew using Wet Hopping technique, fresh hop adding method using flower instead of pellet.

We used 100% national ingredients for this elaboration: Valdivia’s mountain waters, barley malt (blonde, and caramel), hops in flower (Cunco) and Lager yeast. Our Wet Hop is a pale beer, slightly cloudy, with 5.5º of alcohol, 32 IBU of bitterness, very well defined, intense, but perfectly balanced with sweetness of malts. It goes very well with grilled meats and vegetables, as well as burgers and medium-intensity cheeses.
