After collecting more than 130 kilos of hops, in our specially adapted garden, last March, we feel happy to introduce our new Experimental Beer. It has special flower harvest that gives bitterness and, for first time, a specialty will be presented in bottle so all followers can be part of this experience
This new experiment carried out through Wet Hopping method resulted in orange yellow colored refreshing unfiltered beer, with a rich and persistent white foam. It contains fresh hops 2018, pale barley malts and Caramel, Lager yeast and, of course, soft Valdivian waters.
This specialty which will be available only in 330cc bottle format, has 5.8% Vol. alcohol content and 30 IBU bitterness (International Bitterness Units) with only 45 kcal / 100 ml.
Our master brewer states it has malts and baked dough aroma, with soft herbal notes from hops. In mouth, very balanced, marked bitterness perceived but perfectly balanced with malts sweetness, dry finish. As for the pairing it´s good to serve with grilled meats and vegetables, as well as burgers and medium-intensity cheeses.
